Commissions}

None of my work is permitted to be used for NFTs or AI learning.

Whenever my art is shared, I must be credited, this can be done with my toyhouse or bluesky

Any commercial rights require an additional fee, contact me first if you want that

I have commitments outside of art, please do not rush me. Reminders in general are okay though

I reserve the right to decline any offer

If I do not get a response in a week, I will bump the message, if I don't get an answer after another week, I will cancel, and there will be no refund unless given a valid reason

No chargebacks, you will be blacklisted

When you commission me, you are confirming you have read my terms of service

I am allowed to share the commissioned artwork or characters wherever I please unless otherwise requested

You may not claim the art as your own

I take payment via paypal unless otherwise specified, I will send an invoice to be paid. You do not need a paypal in order to pay a paypal invoice, just an email and payment method such as a bank card

In terms of adopts, I will always require payment first, before transferring the toyhouse profile

In terms of commissions, I will take payment either before starting, or after a sketch has been approved, never after completion

Holds and payment plans are okay, just for no more than one month

Once paid, I will not do refunds, before payment though, you are always welcome to back out

If the design is a freebie, you cannot sell it without additional art

If the design was an ota, you may sell it for how much what you put towards getting it was worth (art prices, or traded character worth)

If the design was a bta, do not sell it for any more than the bv unless there is addititonal art

You can request alt palettes, I put each colour on a different layer so you can change each individually, or you can make your own

Toyhouse is required to own my designs, if you need a toyhouse code, you can ask and I may be able to get you one

Do not remove me from credits, if you make a new/secondary+ profile, credit me as well

Please avoid backing out of offers without a reason

Up until a sketch is approved, you are free to ask for a character/idea change

Please give me a visual reference of the character, not having one destroys my motivation

The price you have paid for the commission may be added onto the worth of the character(s) I am drawing, but no more than that

Minor changes are always okay, whether I'm onto the sketch, lineart, colouring or shading

Major changes are only okay before the lineart is complete

I am okay with character based customs, if I don't know the character, I may ask you for a quick summary about them though

I'm okay with moodboards, palettes and general ideas

Give me something to work with please, I cannot go with something like, "surprise me," as it'll make me too anxious to not satisfy you

If you reject a design and want me to redo, I will be claiming the completed one and selling/trading them off to someone else

My process when working on commissions is as follows:

Sketch -> show commissioner for approval

If any changes are requested, complete them and show for approval again

Lineart -> show commissioner for approval

If any minor changes are requested, complete them and show for approval again

Flat colour -> show commissioner for approval

If any colour specific changes are requested, complete them and show for approval again

Render -> show commissioner for approval

Only extremely minor changes will be done at this point, and after approval an exported version will be provided to the commissioner

For vtuber rigging specifically I will rig a few little things before asking for approval and continuing to rig more, repeat until completed

You are permitted to use it as a profile picture, show it off on social media with credit, and use it as a reference for other artists or yourself, but do not make money off of my art outside of selling the character without paying the commercial rights fee

A commission type where I give no updates until completion, and you give no details aside from boundaries and character personality.

Rigs without extras include bouncy physics (eyes, hair, chest, etc), blinking, breathing, looking around and lip sync

All models/designs/rigs automatically come with the permissions to use for content such as streaming, videos, or posts

Permission is needed before editing my models (recolours, or whatever) I'm pretty chill with it, but I'd like to know first in case it's something I can change for free whilst making it look better than it would with a colour overlay

You're always welcome to ask for things that aren't displayed, I likely just haven't thought of it yet and am willing to negotiate a price, or do it for free

Happy to work with models made by other artists, so long as it's appropriately cut
